All hardcopy media and the eBook are sold through our print-on-demand partner Lulu.com.  Calledtoswim.com nor Naaman House Publishing nor the author warrant or guarantee your product delivery, quality or its fitness to your preferences or expectations. Please direct all of these particular return and refund questions to Lulu.com.

Audiobook Media

As this media is 100% digital, there is nothing to physically return. Refunds are granted within 3 days if you were unable to download or play your audiobook. Your refund request will disable your download access to the media. Please use the contact page below and enter REFUND in the subject line. Please allow 30 days for funds to be returned to your purchasing account.
